Items may be returned only with prior authorization. Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days.

Return Policy for NON-defective, NON-broken items:

Returns for non-defective, non-broken items must be made within 30 days. Merchandise must be returned in its original inner packing. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner packing must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable with an exception where TheFameFrame.com has made an error by shipping an incorrect item to the customer.

Delivery Refusal or Wrong Address Given at Time of Order:

There will be a 20% re-stocking fee on all items that are refused at time of delivery or returned due to incorrect address information at the time the order is placed … so please make sure this information is accurate. Shipping will not be refunded.


TheFameFrame.com Shipping/Order Errors:

All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable with an exception where TheFameFrame.com has made an error by shipping an incorrect item to the customer. In this case, please contact us at customerservice@thefameframe.com to obtain proper instructions for returning item and provide information to help us get the correct order to you as soon as possible!

Please inform us of the receipt of incorrect merchandise within a week of the delivery.

If the item should be damaged during the shipping phase, with sufficient proof subject to our carriers discretion that it was damaged before the reciept of the item, TheFameFrame.com will seek out coverage for the damaged item through the proper procedure outlined by the shipping company. If the shipping company does not cover the damage and TheFameFrame.com validates the claim, we will replace the item. Some shipping charges may apply.
